What's actually staffed, honestly

Two different things run on two different clocks here — we keep them separate so you know exactly what to expect before you come in.

Sample collection & point-of-care testing

Runs around the clock, per the clinic's own Google listing. Walk in for a blood draw or a point-of-care test any time — day or night.

Doctor consultations

Visiting specialists attend on a schedule, not around the clock. Call or message ahead — especially late in the evening — and we'll confirm who's in before you make the trip.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Sygnature Poly Clinic really open 24 hours?

Sample collection and point-of-care testing run right through the day and night. For a specialist consultation, message us or call ahead so we can confirm who is on site before you make the trip — especially late in the evening.

Do I need to fast before a blood test?

It depends on the test. Lipid profile and liver/kidney panels ask for 9–12 hours of fasting; a CBC or thyroid profile does not need fasting at all. Check the test directory on our Tests & Services page, or message us and we'll confirm before you come in.

Can I see a specialist without an appointment?

Visiting specialists attend by schedule, not every day. Message or call ahead and we will tell you who is available and when — this saves you an avoidable trip.

Do you collect samples at home?

Message us with your area on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

What does "point-of-care diagnostics" mean?

It means tests that are run on the spot, at the clinic, with a result in minutes rather than sent out to a central lab. We explain this in plain language in our article on point-of-care diagnostics.

How do I get to the clinic?

We are on Vyapar Kendra Road, Block C, Sushant Lok Phase I, Sector 43 — a small signed storefront on the commercial market street. Message us on WhatsApp if you want directions confirmed from your side.
